Our story
Born from a single, perfect cup
Coffeist began in a narrow café just off the Schildergasse, where a chance conversation with a visiting Ethiopian roaster turned an ordinary afternoon into an obsession. We realised that the coffee in our cups carried a story spanning continents and centuries — and that almost no one was telling it.
So we set out to. Today, Coffeist is a brand devoted to coffee culture: its history, its craft, the regions it comes from and the people who make it possible. We are not a roastery and not a café chain. We are storytellers who happen to be powered entirely by caffeine.
